NJHS
What is NJHS?
The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) is an academic organization that recognizes student achievement and promotes leadership and service. NJHS is built upon five pillars: scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship.
How to Apply?
For the 2026–2027 school year, students will be invited to apply for membership based on the following criteria:
- A 3.85 or higher GPA
- Teacher recommendations
- Demonstrated strong character
Invitations to apply are sent out in the spring semester.
Once accepted into NJHS, students are expected to pay organization dues, attend meetings, and complete 10 service hours throughout the school year as part of their commitment to the organization.
